- Lead global team for Strategic Business Unit Light Stabilizers
- Manage global price by reviewing supply and demand
- Derive pricing guidelines and global limits
- Ensure positive margins and high asset utilization
- Achieve profitable volume and value growth
- Optimize global supply and production costs
- Manage asset utilization and inventories
- Allocate volumes in shortage or force majeure situations
- Develop global make-or-buy, co-manufacturing, tolling strategies
- Analyze and steer product portfolio
- Initiate positioning and optimization measures
- Drive portfolio development
- Identify market trends
- Close portfolio gaps
- Support innovation and product development projects
- Develop and implement product and main group strategies
- Monitor and adjust strategies as needed
- Initiate corrective actions
- Drive portfolio-related topics cross-functionally
- Ensure alignment with Supply Chain, Marketing, IPM, PS&R
