Aufgaben
- Shape the future product landscape of the Aebi Schmidt Group
- Hold full end-to-end responsibility for product lifecycle management
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and portfolio transformation
- Report directly to the Head Group Product Management & Innovation
- Develop a clear product vision and multi-year roadmaps
- Prioritize innovation and investment areas
- Ensure an integrated, market-oriented, and profitable product portfolio
- Manage the entire product lifecycle with a focus on profitability
- Analyze market, customer, and competitive developments
- Identify technological trends and translate them into strategic implications
- Align closely with Sales, R&D, Production, Operations, Marketing, and Service
- Ensure data-driven decision-making in product-related matters
- Represent the product strategy to stakeholders, customers, associations, and partners
- Prepare executive-level insights and documentation
- Execute and steer strategic initiatives to strengthen market position
- Initiate and implement improvements in product and process landscapes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in Product Management
- Lead and develop a diverse European Product Management team
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer orientation
- Coach and develop product managers across business segments
- Prepare, plan, and execute successful product launches
- Contribute to strategically important tenders
- Support and represent the company at customer meetings, committees, and trade fairs
