- Lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations
- Manage performance of three production lines
- Ensure excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Drive operational excellence program
- Contribute to commissioning of new production equipment
- Lead cross-functional teams including operations, technical, and business support
- Align production execution with business objectives
- Backfill plant director when needed
- Influence operational performance and continuous improvement
- Shape people and engagement agenda of the site
- Coordinate and engage production teams across all shifts
- Secure robust talent pipeline for operations
- Own operational excellence program for production teams
- Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and reliability
- Plan, direct, and monitor manufacturing activities
- Oversee production processes including assembly, processing, packaging, and material handling
- Apply structured problem-solving to operational challenges
- Drive future planning for automation and digitalization
- Promote culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
