Anforderungen
- 10+ years successful management experience in international supply chain/procurement/operations (preferably FMCG: food/nutrition, retail/e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion)
- Proven track record in scale-ups or fast-growing environments (high service levels > 97%, stable inventory, OPEX reduction)
- Successful management of international projects and teams
- Confident use of SAP (ideally Business One) and forecasting/demand planning tools (Streamline); PowerBI experience desirable
- High digital affinity and motivation to use modern tools/methods
- Resilience and flexibility in fast-paced business environments
- Strong implementation skills, hands-on mentality, strong change management skills
- Business fluent in German and English
Aufgaben
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, co-packing, production, quality, and regulatory affairs
- Contribute to shaping the internationalization strategy
- Develop and implement scalable processes and structures for EU, UK, and MEA
- Ensure and optimize cost, service, and inventory targets
- Establish, develop, and monitor a KPI system
- Manage and expand the system landscape including SAP Business One, Streamline, and Bi
- Continuously optimize operating costs (OPEX) and identify efficiency potential
- Manage Supply Chain, Logistics, and related teams
- Foster excellence, transparency, and motivation within the team
- Collaborate closely with the Board on strategy, budget, and planning
- Promote a data-driven culture and best practices in operations
- Support transformation projects and the introduction of new systems/processes
- Ensure compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
