In this role, you will lead a dedicated team focused on optimizing business operations within the Corporate Research and Technology division. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve fostering collaboration, enhancing processes, and driving excellence in alignment with the team's mission.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• •At least 5 years of professional experience in business excellence, operations management, or related field
• •Leadership skills acquired through experience in management and steering of diverse teams and/or projects
• •Proven experience in driving initiatives in business process excellence or similar environment
• •Results-oriented with analytical and organizational skills, ideally complemented by experience in process development and modeling
• •High affinity for modern IT technologies, including familiarity with SAP software
• •Very good spoken and written communication skills in German and English
• •Reliable and structured working style complemented by strong interpersonal skills and team spirit

Aufgaben

• •Lead the Business Excellence team of 8-10 members
• •Develop team members to meet evolving requirements
• •Promote collaboration within the team and across CRT
• •Ensure effective operation and development of business processes
• •Implement necessary competencies, methods, and tools
• •Adapt processes to current AI developments and agentic automation
• •Facilitate collaboration between various locations and departments
• •Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations
