- Experience in metal fabrication, coatings, tanks, or building materials
- Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving
- High safety and environmental awareness
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- High personal ownership and integrity
- Ability to lead by example
Aufgaben
- Lead the design and implementation of an Integrated Management System
- Drive Lean initiatives across production and office functions
- Develop and implement OPEX strategies
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues
- Manage customer complaints and implement preventive measures
- Foster a culture of quality ownership
- Coach employees in Lean and quality tools
- Lead training and capability-building initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
- Establish and monitor EHSE policies and procedures
- Drive proactive risk assessments and hazard identification
- Promote sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency
- Lead EHSE team, audits, and incident investigations
- Build a strong safety culture with visible leadership
- Manage and develop the Quality, OPEX & EHSE team
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership
- Act as a change agent for Lean and EHSE principles
