Anforderungen
- University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or comparable
- Relevant certifications (ACAMS, CAMS-I/II, ICA) advantageous
- Several years of leadership experience in AML/CFT/SAR environment
- Leadership experience ideally in multinational financial institutions or FinTechs
- In-depth understanding of current AML/CFT/SAR regulations
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions

- Presentation skills at C-level
- Analytical excellence
- Process and risk management experience
- Experience with audit readiness
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong understanding of data protection and security (GDPR, ISO 27001)
Aufgaben
- Manage operational AML, CFT, and SAR activities, including governance, policies, and procedures.
- Lead an investigation/case management team and coordinate SAR analyses, suspicious cases, and reporting.
- Develop risk taxonomies, monitoring strategies, KPI dashboards, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Front Office, regulators, and auditors; interface with Fraud and Security teams.
- Manage budget, plan resources, and develop talent.
