  • •Coordinate seamless transitions to serial production
  • •Lead Launch Readiness Reviews and NPI Councils
  • •Eliminate bottlenecks using Lean and Agile principles
  • •Introduce NPI maturity and launch excellence benchmarks
  • •Establish lessons-learned and design-to-industrialization feedback loops
  • •Ensure global consistency in NPI methodologies
