Anforderungen
- At least 7 years of experience in Marketing / Social Media
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry and marketing for PC/Consoles games
- Solid understanding of blockchain aspects such as NFT, DeFi, governance and utility tokens, DAO, dApps, Ethereum network, Wallet
- Deep understanding of Discord and social media platforms
- Exceptional level of written and spoken English
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and team building skills with creative and analytical capabilities
- Self-driven, responsible and detail-oriented
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a fully remote working environment
- Experience in working in a start-up environment
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends
- Willingness to think outside the box and learn new things
- Genuine crypto enthusiast with a shared vision of shaping the future of gaming
- Passion for gaming
- Experience in launching game or blockchain projects as a founder or executive leader
- Strong network of connections in the gaming and crypto communities
Aufgaben
- Plan and execute all marketing operations to grow the Elarium community
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape for new marketing opportunities
- Develop and implement high-impact communication strategies
- Establish team processes and measure success through analysis and optimization
- Understand customer journeys and enhance customer relationships
- Execute campaigns to improve brand awareness and user acquisition
- Create and strategize a content-publishing plan for a consistent brand voice
- Coordinate web3 engagement strategies to expand the community
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand narrative and messaging
- Create engaging content for organic and paid channels and manage a content calendar
- Liaise with external agencies and coordinate exposure opportunities
