- •Understanding of German industrial landscape
- •Knowledge of German labor standards

- •Lead facility build-out and machine commissioning

- •Navigate German regulatory, labor, and industrial requirements
- •Recruit and lead an elite engineering team
- •Maintain a culture of accountability and output
- •Establish AS9100-ready quality systems
- •Implement full traceability for defense sector customers
- •Manage export compliance and dual-use regulations
- •Prepare the facility for Aerospace and Industrial audits
- •Ensure secure and traceable manufacturing processes
