Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance
- Several years of leadership and/or managerial experience
- Solid knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IATF 16949)
- Familiarity with quality methods such as FMEA, Advanced Quality Planning, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, and Project Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
- Fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the quality organization in the Technology division
- Drive people processes, including development and succession planning
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards
- Drive quality assurance for processes and global production equipment
- Provide leadership and mentorship to promote a culture of quality excellence
- Manage internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and performance
- Enhance the Quality Management System as a key stakeholder
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices
- Prepare and present quality reports for senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in quality management
