- Lead sourcing, network capacity, risk, and supply resilience activities
- Develop processes and governance for supply chain strategy
- Assess Specialty Care Network Strategy and roadmaps
- Develop strategic cross-GBU Techno Platform roadmaps
- Lead the GBU Sourcing Process across clusters and assets
- Orchestrate Sourcing Committee evaluations
- Secure leadership endorsement for sourcing decisions
- Drive cross-functional business case assessments for strategic sourcing
- Develop recommendations aligned with GBU Strategic Guiding Principles
- Ensure sourcing cases include 10-year projections
- Identify and address network portfolio topics
- Provide an end-to-end view across sourcing cases and tech platforms
- Incorporate regulatory, GMP, and geopolitical considerations
- Own the long-range demand plan for the GBU brand portfolio
- Lead GBU capacity mapping and scenario planning
- Establish long-range capacity utilization plans
- Prepare strategic network capacity scenarios for M&S leadership
- Integrate sourcing, risk, resilience, and business development perspectives
- Own the GBU risk matrix and resilience roadmap
- Develop dual sourcing and monosourcing exit strategies
- Manage strategic inventory planning
- Lead annual portfolio risk assessments for top products and new launches
- Lead supply continuity programs
- Evaluate and mitigate emerging risks for critical products
- Collaborate with MSAT and support functions on risk mitigation
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and governance for a global techno platform
- Drive investment decisions in collaboration with engineering, quality, and project management
- Build and lead a cross-functional community of practice
- Standardize, harmonize, and modernize platform operations
- Lead product allocation decisions for pipeline and lifecycle management projects
- Present Large Scale mAbs Platform Strategy & Roadmap
- Present Network Geopolitical Strategies & Supply Resilience
- Present Specialty Care Portfolio Risk Profile
