  • •Several years of practical leadership experience in logistics management
  • •Strong experience in project development and implementation
  • •Proven experience leading large regional operations and cross-functional teams
  • •Extensive experience in global function with understanding of supply chain management
  • •Broad business and management skills within large organization
  • •Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken

  • •Identify risks and opportunities in partnerships
  • •Lead a team of logistics professionals
  • •Focus on performance coaching and talent development
  • •Drive bottom-up development in logistics
  • •Align with Business Units to create organizational targets
  • •Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • •Ensure clear communication on strategic approaches
  • •Develop KPIs and identify/resolution of problems
  • •Oversee the annual inventory process across Europe
  • •Lead the annual tender process for sea and air freight providers
