Anforderungen
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or equivalent
- Proven experience managing, developing, and maintaining Sourcing/Customs IT applications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on SAP Ariba and S4/HANA procurement modules
- Experience in SAP GTS (strong plus)
- Strong leadership skills
- Project management experience driving completion within scope, timeline, budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder alignment
- Understanding of sourcing and customs processes, regulations, best practices
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, emerging technologies, data security protocols
- Working languages English and German, occasional travel (<10%)

- Manage global Sourcing and Customs IT systems
- Drive and support IT projects and user resolutions
- Lead digitalization of Sourcing and Customs processes
- Identify and implement emerging technologies and best practices
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle
- Develop and enhance company IT strategy and architecture
- Lead and develop IT teams in Europe, Turkey, and India
- Document relevant processes and systems
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment
