- Demonstrated expertise in asset data management
- Demonstrated expertise in integrated facilities services for pharmaceutical production
- Experience managing large multifunctional projects
- Successful inspection and audit exposure
- Experience with regulatory compliance in global biopharma
- Experience with operational excellence in global biopharma
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean principles is a plus
- Proficiency in selected IT systems preferred
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute facility strategy aligned with business objectives
- Support capital project portfolios for facilities, utilities, and engineering maintenance
- Create and maintain multi-year site facility strategy and budget
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and equipment/facility upkeep
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Oversee integrated service provider programs and manage key vendors
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and processes
- Oversee engineering drafting and CAD services
- Lead site occupancy planning and space management
- Build and manage relationships with integrated service providers and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee development
- Forecast, develop, track, and review facility renovation and maintenance budgets
- Identify opportunities for design, construction, and operating cost improvements
- Oversee assigned cost centers and ensure budget adherence
- Ensure financial compliance within area of responsibility
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies and new technologies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse, cross-functional team
