Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • •10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement roles
  • •Manufacturing site leadership experience
  • •Proven success in designing and deploying a global production system or lean transformation program
  • •Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured problem solving methodologies
  • •Experience with leading Digital Manufacturing technologies deployment
  • •Strong change management and cross-cultural leadership skills
  • •Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • •Lean, Six Sigma certifications
  • •Certifications such as CMRP or PMP

Aufgaben

  • •Set the vision and roadmap for the Henkel Production System and Maintenance strategy
  • •Lead global teams of lean and maintenance experts
  • •Mentor regional leaders to build a culture of operational excellence
  • •Deploy a global operational excellence framework integrating Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM
  • •Tailor best practices to local site maturity
  • •Build a culture of continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain
  • •Embed equipment ownership and structured problem-solving
  • •Develop global operator skill programs and lean/maintenance training
  • •Create certifications and capability roadmaps
  • •Standardize daily management systems and problem-solving routines
  • •Implement workplace practices like 5S, Kaizen, and visual management
  • •Drive improvements in value creation and waste elimination
  • •Enhance material and information flow, automation, and process simplification
  • •Ensure equipment reliability through autonomous preventive maintenance
  • •Utilize CMMS for structural loss elimination and spare parts optimization
  • •Leverage digital enablers with IT for lean and predictive maintenance
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to ensure alignment
  • •Report on performance and risks across operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering
