Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Extensive financial accounting, controlling, and reporting experience in financial services or banking sector
- Strong expertise in German GAAP (HGB) and solid knowledge of IFRS
- Previous leadership experience managing accounting/controlling teams
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, including SAP CO, SAP BW and MS Office
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, effective interaction at all levels, including Executive Board
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements under German GAAP (HGB)
- Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes
- Oversee reconciliations between IFRS and HGB/RechKredV
- Handle HGB-based regulatory reporting for German banking
- Submit financial information to regulatory bodies
- Serve as primary contact for HGB-related audits
- Ensure audit readiness and coordinate with the Audit Committee
- Establish and enforce financial and accounting policies
- Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Prepare and present budgets and financial analyses
- Provide regular updates to committees and legal entity boards
- Drive continuous improvement in SAP-based financial reporting
- Align closely with key internal stakeholders
