- Strong experience in managing global third-party manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Collaborative work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Aufgaben
- Lead global third-party manufacturing operations
- Develop and execute production optimization strategies
- Establish strong relationships with contract manufacturers
- Ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor performance of third-party manufacturers
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Negotiate with third-party manufacturing partners as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate with sales and operations for product demand forecasting
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency
- Facilitate communication between departments and manufacturers
- Prepare for and respond to challenges in the manufacturing process
