- Steer and review work by internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Legal, and business stakeholders
- Establish and maintain an effective German tax control framework
- Manage tax audits and authority requests
- Handle tax controversy matters with clear documentation
- Translate regulatory changes into operational requirements
- Drive automation and standardization initiatives
- Support transactions and reorganizations
- Communicate compliance status, risks, and mitigation actions to management
