  • •Proven track record in leadership and operational management
  • •Experience in FinTech
  • •Strong understanding of technology, risks, and processes

  • •Ability to work across various departments
  • •Experience in the financial industry
  • •Leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance, and best practices
  • •Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution
  • •Deep understanding of regulation

  • •Confident communication with diverse stakeholders up to C-level
  • •Fluency in German and English (C1+)
