- Assume overall responsibility for marketing and product management
- Develop strategic and operational goals
- Communicate goals to markets with Global Marketing colleagues
- Design future-proof product and service concepts
- Create and manage international marketing campaigns
- Prepare, monitor, and control new product launches
- Advise and support local sales and marketing teams
- Manage budget planning and adherence
- Monitor sales and contribution margin targets
- Ensure compliance with process and regulatory requirements
- Define and achieve departmental goals
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members
