- Embed AI, ML, and real-time analytics in product roadmaps
- Lead and mentor global team of data professionals
- Develop data engineers, architects, product managers, and analytics professionals
- Build executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Represent team in steering committees and industry forums
- Manage department budget and vendor contracts
- Ensure commercial sustainability and cost efficiency
- Maintain consistent service quality
- Secure OE commitments and investment funds
- Manage customer escalations
- Drive continuous service improvement
