Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Strong commercial mindset with sales or business development experience
- Experience in rail/transportation industry or related sectors
- Knowledge of tribology & lubricants is an advantage
- Experience working with OEMs is beneficial
- Solid technical understanding in complex, application-driven environments
- Ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality
- Experience in (in)direct leadership is desirable
- Experience working in international matrix organizations is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions, cultures, and levels
- Passion for shaping and developing business environments
- Passion for driving change
- Fluent in English (business level)
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
Aufgaben
- Set up and develop commercial strategy for Global Business Segment Railway
- Coordinate global matrix team of Business Development Managers
- Define value propositions for passenger, cargo, and infrastructure applications
- Plan and prioritize product and service roadmaps with Product Management
- Gather market intelligence and propose global price positioning
- Develop and manage global key account customers
- Conduct on-site customer visits with local sales engineers
- Provide technical and commercial support during customer visits
- Strengthen collaboration with local affiliates
- Drive proactive information exchange and cross-functional communication
- Plan and initiate marketing activities with Marketing
- Represent FUCHS at trade fairs and within associations
