- •Significant experience in industrial management control
- •Strong accounting knowledge
- •Experience in SME companies
- •Experience in an international environment
- •Excellent ERP and Excel skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Management experience or potential for leadership
- •Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities

- •Contribute to financial strategy
- •Act as a business partner for the general manager
- •Oversee accounting operations with the Chief Accountant
- •Manage US GAAP and statutory closes
- •Handle quarterly, interim, and year-end audits
- •Oversee internal control processes
- •Manage all financial operations, including taxes and cash management
- •Coordinate VAT declarations with the accounting team
- •Develop and analyze budgets and industrial costs
- •Track production costs across various products and markets
- •Collaborate with operational teams and management
- •Provide tools to track performance against forecasts
- •Maintain and improve the ERP system
