Aufgaben

  • Own and maintain the driver-based financial model
  • Reconcile the financial model to actuals monthly
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, liquidity, and runway planning
  • Manage cash conversion
  • Own headcount planning with founders, People, and team leads
  • Evaluate business cases for new products, markets, and pricing models
  • Act as a sparring partner to founders on strategic decisions
  • Own bookkeeping and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings under HGB
  • Ensure clean revenue recognition and accruals
  • Coordinate the annual audit with external auditors end to end
  • Manage relationships with tax advisors
  • Ensure tax obligations are met
  • Own AR, AP, and payment processes
  • Own a scalable cost centre structure
  • Define and monitor metrics each team steers by
  • Sit in business reviews
  • Translate numbers into concrete recommendations
  • Follow up on execution
  • Deliver month-end variance analysis
  • Deliver management reporting as a clear, action-oriented narrative
  • Analyze revenue, margin, and cost development by customer, product, and channel
  • Build and maintain the data room for due diligence readiness
  • Lead financial due diligence
  • Support the next funding round end to end
  • Own investor reporting and communication
  • Prepare board reporting packages
  • Maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financing partners
