Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Law, International Relations, Economics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in export control with in-depth knowledge of applicable regulations
- Proven experience in implementing compliance systems and managing interactions with regulatory authorities
- Leadership experience, strong communication skills, and excellent proficiency in German and English
- Familiarity with SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) or similar IT systems
Aufgaben
- Drive the development of the export compliance strategy
- Optimize export control processes
- Implement digitalization initiatives for compliance
- Ensure compliance with national and international export regulations
- Advise business units on export control matters
- Consult with executive management on compliance issues
- Design and manage comprehensive training programs
- Act as the primary contact for institutions and authorities
- Lead and develop the Export Compliance team
