Aufgaben
- Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of 7 engineers
- Drive continuous improvement in trading infrastructure
- Support the evolution of the systematic options trading platform
- Manage automated quoting, execution, and risk controls
- Maintain and enhance a Rust-native trading platform
- Provide technical direction in system design and performance
- Ensure reliability and risk management in trading systems
- Solve complex engineering and trading-system challenges
- Collaborate with trading, quant, product, risk, and infrastructure teams
- Balance technical and people leadership
- Mentor and guide engineers
- Balance latency, reliability, safety, and delivery speed
- Make technical decisions under uncertainty
- Think creatively while focusing on practical solutions
- Communicate clearly in ambiguous contexts
- Work closely with traders, quants, risk, product, and infrastructure stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong ownership of production trading systems
