- Ensure engineering processes meet ABB standards
- Implement continuous improvement for efficiency
- Reduce lead times and adopt agile practices
- Represent Engineering in the local Division Management Team
- Manage resources and workforce development for approximately 100 engineers
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and back-end centers
- Oversee financial and operational performance
- Ensure transparency, risk control, and reliable delivery
