- Strong competencies in provider and vendor management

- Strong analytical and planning skills, conflict management, assertiveness, social and team skills
- 10+ years experience in software development, architecture, innovation, design thinking, platform/cloud
- 5+ years experience in disciplinary/technical leadership of 20+ employees
- 2+ years experience as department head or leader of complex IT programs

- Lead cross-functional technology teams
- Guide solution design and development
- Strengthen governance structures
- Ensure effective collaboration with external providers
- Plan and manage solution, system, and software architecture
- Implement and optimize IT process organization
- Integrate processes with adjacent IT domains

- Design and advance digital innovations
- Coordinate and maintain software and solution architectures
- Validate development and implementation procedures
- Oversee Project Management Office (PMO)
- Define and optimize project management methods
- Steer IT project and program portfolio
- Prioritize projects and manage resources
- Conduct risk management and consolidated reporting
- Establish and supervise IT governance structures
- Manage provider and vendor relationships
- Select and contract vendors
- Monitor SLA and performance
- Develop sourcing and delivery models
