- Safeguard business objectives and metrics.
- Report to Senior Leadership on deliverables.
- Align stakeholder strategies with development goals.
- Coordinate all aspects of development projects.
- Provide leadership and accountability for team results.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the development team.
- Evaluate new technologies for development lifecycle.
- Engage with data center community for best practices.
- Conclude scope, schedule, and budget decisions.
- Assess risks related to budget and schedule.
- Implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Report on development risks, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate development risks in the region.
- Develop and implement improved processes and policies.
- Align product development with business strategies.
- Manage Employee Think Tank for idea generation.
- Stay updated on new technologies and innovations.
- Qualify consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Define project requirements with site operations.
- Coordinate delivery inputs throughout development lifecycle.
- Support sales and marketing with technical insights.
- Assist sales in achieving customer compliance.
- Support site acquisition for new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with design for optimal product outcomes.
- Assist operations in enhancing customer experience.
- Support energy team in creative energy solutions.
- Prepare Capital Market teams for funding readiness.
- Assist Legal with validation of critical documents.
- Support Procurement in supply chain strategy development.
- Assist Finance in evaluating commercial positions.
