Aufgaben
- Lead team of Operations Managers, Workforce Managers, and GD Operations Specialists
- Define and implement DACH delivery operations approach
- Support DACH management and practices in achieving goals
- Develop and manage team through hiring, performance, and succession planning
- Collaborate with Head of Delivery Management on service delivery governance
- Ensure quality, risk management, and red project handling
- Align and streamline DACH delivery processes and tools
- Monitor financial performance using standard KPIs
- Initiate countermeasures for operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement in operational excellence
- Support budget and forecast planning
- Allocate skilled resources across projects
- Plan workforce capacity and capability development
- Ensure teams have necessary tools and training
- Transition Global Delivery to target operating model
- Support Practices with global delivery center tasks
- Handle operative delivery tasks with global delivery partners
