- Ensure GDPR, CSRD, AI Act, DSA compliance
- Architect comprehensive data protection setup
- Monitor and enhance Compliance Management System
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes
- Assess business impact of regulatory changes
- Advise senior leadership on compliance risks
- Develop and implement compliance policies
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and investigations
- Act as primary contact for data protection authorities
- Design and deliver compliance training programs
- Report on compliance and data protection issues
- Collaborate with tech, product, people, and security teams
- Lead and mentor the compliance team
- Foster a culture of accountability and ethical decision-making
