- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Drive group-wide sustainability strategy
- Ensure end-to-end implementation of sustainability agenda
- Coordinate ESG regulation implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders on ESG compliance
- Develop sustainability governance frameworks
- Create sustainability reporting frameworks
- Establish sustainability control frameworks
- Act as sparring partner to Executive Management
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, Finance, and Compliance
- Lead and develop sustainability team
- Foster team collaboration and expertise
- Promote continuous improvement
- Represent company on sustainability topics
