- •Understanding of conversion optimisation

- •Skilled in CMS platforms
- •Skilled in landing-page optimization
- •Experience with lead-generation funnels
- •Healthcare or hearing-care industry exposure is a plus
- •Experience with P&L ownership
- •Experience with revenue management
- •Experience with Agile frameworks is an advantage

- •Manage and evolve the MarTech stack for efficient campaign execution
- •Ensure robust data collection and reporting frameworks
- •Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Country teams on digital projects
