- Successfully built or improved controlling, FP&A, or reporting structures
- Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and performance management
- Experience with modern planning tools (Anaplan is a strong plus)
- Process and systems thinking for scalable, efficient solutions
- Highly analytical, structured, translating complexity into clear insights
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- English and German fluency
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environment
- Background in building KPI frameworks and advanced management reporting setups
- Exposure to BI tools, data modelling, or automation (e.g. SQL, Python)
- Professional qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CFA) or MBA or similar
Aufgaben
- Build and lead the Controlling function
- Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework
- Establish Controlling as a key business partner
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies
- Own the annual budgeting process
- Develop and maintain a rolling forecast
- Build scenario analyses for strategic decision-making
- Drive transparency on cost structures and margins
- Design and implement monthly reporting
- Establish a single source of truth for metrics
- Translate financial data into actionable insights
- Enhance reporting quality and relevance
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership
- Develop financial models and business cases
- Drive performance management processes
- Ensure accountability for targets
- Own and develop the planning and reporting tool landscape
- Ensure seamless integration between systems
- Improve data quality and accessibility
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives
