- Support key transformation initiatives

- Define and implement internal and external communications
- Maintain and develop HPBU narrative
- Ensure narrative aligns with Global Corporate Affairs
- Develop integrated disease awareness and product strategy
- Collaborate with Therapeutic Areas and TA Asset Leads
- Ensure consistent approach across international brand plans
- Build and lead product communications team
- Leverage agencies and collaborate with stakeholders
- Oversee BU issue management plans
- Ensure alignment with Corporate Communications policies
- Ensure rapid response capabilities
- Anchor HPBU strategy to Sustainable Development goals
- Position HPBU as key player in Sustainable Development
- Support executive communications for key leaders
- Prepare leaders for media, speeches, and presentations
