Aufgaben
- Define and drive integrated internal and external communications strategy for the Human Pharma Business Unit
- Align communications strategy with business priorities and Global Communications agendas
- Align communications strategy with Public and Governmental Affairs agendas
- Maintain, develop, and strengthen the HPBU narrative and its positive perception
- Embed the HPBU narrative in the Global Corporate Affairs Strategic Agenda
- Develop integrated, cross-therapeutic-area disease awareness and product strategy
- Ensure consistent approach for international brand plans
- Build, lead, and develop a strong product communications team
- Leverage agencies where required
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications
- Collaborate with Public and Governmental Affairs
- Collaborate with Corporate Brand Management
- Collaborate with R/OPU communications teams
- Collaborate with key HPBU stakeholders
- Oversee BU issue management plans and procedures
- Ensure readiness, alignment, and rapid response capabilities for issue management
- Anchor HPBU communication strategy to Sustainable Development ambitions
- Position the Business Unit as a key player in Sustainable Development
- Support executive communications for key leaders
- Prepare media, speeches, and presentations for executives
