- Define and execute local communications plans
- Manage local communications budget and resources
- Coach and train local spokespersons
- Adapt and cascade local communications to group vision
- Harmonize group messaging across all channels
- Ensure local compliance with brand basics
- Monitor local reputation and group press policy
- Share key local events and best practices
- Participate in global communications community
- Develop and implement regional synergies
- Implement harmonized communication processes
- Manage regional communications budgets and resources
- Control communications KPIs with business units
- Coordinate regional communications with regional MD
- Contribute to Regional Heads of Comms community
- Work with AI, machine learning, and data analytics
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of data
