Anforderungen

- Several years' experience in sales operations, performance management, or sales enablement in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence C-level
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Strong expertise in Salesforce.com (CRM design, reporting, adoption) and other sales enablement/BI tools
- Proven success in designing, implementing, and driving adoption of sales processes and performance frameworks across complex, global organizations
- Own sales track record / sales experience is an advantage
