Aufgaben
- Develop and implement global Clinical Operations strategy
- Align strategy with corporate, Clinical Development, and portfolio goals
- Manage oncology clinical trials from protocol to study closeout
- Create operational plans, timelines, and resource forecasts
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and performance metrics
- Oversee study feasibility, site selection, and enrollment planning
- Manage vendor relationships and study governance
- Collaborate with Clinical Development on early-phase studies
- Execute first-in-human, dose-escalation, and dose-expansion trials
- Conduct basket, umbrella, and platform trials
- Integrate biomarker strategies and companion diagnostics
- Coordinate central laboratory activities and tissue collection
- Incorporate translational research requirements
- Build and lead Clinical Operations teams
- Develop scalable operating models
- Manage CRO and vendor relationships
- Ensure budget and quality oversight
- Maintain regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, MHRA)
- Support executive leadership in portfolio prioritization
- Contribute to development planning
