As the Head of Bids & PMO, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with strategic goals. This role involves coordinating with various teams, optimizing performance, and facilitating smooth transitions from bids to project execution.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Engineering or business degree with technical background
• •At least 10 years of professional experience
• •Minimum of 5 years in a management role
• •Proven track record in project and bid management
• •Strong business acumen and bottom-line focus
• •Mandatory experience in governmental and Defence/Security environments
• •Excellent leadership and change management skills
• •Hands-on people management skills
• •Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• •Fluency in German and English for professional interaction

Aufgaben

• •Lead and deliver competitive bids end-to-end
• •Ensure on-time, high-quality submissions
• •Align bids with strategy, budget, and growth objectives
• •Coordinate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Business Lines
• •Own bid governance and performance
• •Manage bid gates and milestones
• •Control budgets and status reporting
• •Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level
• •Organize and steer proposal teams
• •Appoint and coach key roles within the team
• •Drive continuous improvement to achieve delivery targets
• •Define standards, templates, KPIs, and best practices for PMO excellence
• •Ensure adherence to processes and optimize performance
• •Facilitate a seamless transition from bid to project execution
• •Contribute to project launch readiness and risk reduction
• •Support knowledge transfer and team capability development
