- •6+ years experience in analytics, modelling, or trading
- •Deep understanding of betting markets and trading
- •Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics
- •Ability to translate strategies into model requirements
- •Ability to lead and grow analytics teams
- •Experience collaborating with Data Science teams
- •Strong problem-solving and risk anticipation skills
- •Direct experience with esports trading
- •Experience with live betting and high-frequency updates
- •Experience with Python, R, and SQL
- •Familiarity with machine learning for pricing
