- Leverage distributed and event-driven architectures
- Mentor senior engineers as a hands-on architecture leader
- Lead architecture and design reviews
- Deliver production-ready prototypes and reference implementations
- Collaborate with Product, Security, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and IT
- Ensure AI solutions meet regulatory and governance requirements
- Lead the AI Developer Guild to enhance engineering standards
