Anforderungen

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
  • •Prior Bachelor’s degree
  • •Extensive experience providing legal counsel in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • •Broad knowledge of legal issues in pharma/biotech sector
  • •Familiarity with medical affairs activities and operations
  • •Demonstrated people leadership in matrix organizations
  • •Exceptional negotiation and conflict management abilities
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English
  • •Knowledge in Administrative Law, Compliance Risk, Litigation Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Aufgaben

  • •Provide strategic legal leadership for Medical Affairs
  • •Set guardrails for non-promotional activities
  • •Advise on medical governance and design international standards
  • •Define boundaries between non-promotional and promotional conduct
  • •Enhance SOPs for Medical/Legal/Regulatory review
  • •Oversee legal review of medical materials for compliance
  • •Support frameworks for HCP engagements and advisory activities
  • •Advise on speaker training and medical education
  • •Drive innovation in Medical and International objectives
  • •Monitor legal risks related to AI-assisted content
  • •Partner with Ethics, Risk, and Compliance to manage compliance risks
  • •Contribute to audits and regulatory inquiries
  • •Track industry trends and evolving laws
  • •Translate changes into practical guidance and training
  • •Report on key IMA matters to senior leaders
  • •Foster collaboration with legal and business leaders
  • •Participate in medical governance bodies
  • •Lead initiatives to build departmental knowledge and capabilities
