- Embed IOP into operational excellence and digital programs
- Deliver high-impact solutions within programs
- Develop the organization and drive change
- Maximize team impact for customers
- Shape clear and practical ways of working
- Enable effective collaboration, strong execution, and alignment
- Drive predictable ARR growth, professional services revenue, and capacity utilization
- Understand customers’ operational work processes
- Translate work processes into IOP solution designs
- Integrate IOP into customer IT architectures
- Guide strategic PoCs, pilots, and corporate rollouts
- Design scalable rollout models
- Define and track project success criteria and KPIs
- Perform hands-on project management for strategic customer projects
- Drive expansion of PoCs or pilots to multi-site and global programs
- Lead strategic customer growth
- Plan initiatives with sales
- Empower teams to achieve ARR expansion targets
- Support sales on strategic accounts with solution strategies, proposals, and pre-sales activities
- Support self-driving growth and user adoption with Academy and Community teams
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Operations, OE, and Digital/IT
- Drive methodology, tools, and action for high user adoption
- Ensure highest renewal rates by ensuring customer value and addressing risks
- Lead teams to bring new innovations to early customers
- Harden innovations in real use
- Scale successful solutions across the customer base
- Ensure DevOps is active and interacts strongly with Software Development
- Ensure technically excellent implementations with Communities of Practices and Module Focus Groups
- Ensure stable zero-incident operations
- Ensure technical excellence of implementations by driving continuous improvement, RCAs, and CAPAs
