In this hands-on role, you will drive development in the Berlin R&D office by assembling prototypes, performing precise electrical measurements, and ensuring the lab meets high quality and safety standards.

Anforderungen

• •Secondary School or higher in Electronics Engineering or related field
• •3 years industrial experience in electronics hardware development or equivalent
• •Basic understanding of analog, digital, and embedded electronics design
• •Hands-on skills in electronics prototyping, soldering, and lab instruments
• •Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with proactive problem-solving
• •Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts
• •Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and collaborative mindset
• •Fluency in written and spoken English
• •Occasional travel
• •Mobility to work in standard office settings
• •Ability to read computer screens and printed materials

Aufgaben

• •Solder electronic SMD and THT components on PCBs
• •Assemble and crimp cables using technical specifications
• •Conduct electrical measurements with oscilloscopes and multimeters
• •Support hardware prototyping and testing phases
• •Maintain laboratory equipment for measurement accuracy
• •Document test results and technical anomalies clearly
• •Ensure compliance with ESD and lab safety standards
• •Collaborate with engineers on development and troubleshooting
• •Follow quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards
• •Maintain ISO standards and support improvement initiatives
