Anforderungen
- •Aerospace or mechanical engineering degree (M.Sc./M.Eng.)
- •Several years of professional or research experience in flight dynamics, GNC, or related fields
- •Strong background in flight control theory, trajectory optimization, dynamic system modeling and guidance methods
- •Strong programming skills (MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Python) and modeling/simulation experience
- •Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written)
- •Ability to independently solve complex research and engineering problems
- •Excellent analytical skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
- •Proactive, motivated, flexible, and resilient, with strong teamwork and communication skills
- •Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment where innovation and ownership drive impact

Aufgaben
- •Design and analyze GNC subsystems for UAVs and spaceplanes
- •Simulate, optimize, and analyze trajectories for complex flight profiles
- •Develop nonlinear 6DOF flight dynamic models
- •Create mathematical models for aerodynamics, sensors, actuators, and propulsion
- •Design and code flight control algorithms, and conduct software/hardware-in-the-loop testing
- •Support the selection, integration, and verification of GNC sensors and components
- •Develop advanced guidance algorithms for automated UAVs
- •Participate in ground and flight test campaigns, including planning, execution, and data analysis
