- Experience teaching advanced versions of at least two specified courses is an advantage
- National and international work experience
- Ability to teach courses in English language
- Ability to teach courses in German language is an advantage
- Publication and research activity is a strong asset
- Commitment to applied research, student engagement, and curriculum innovation
- Strong ability to communicate and work in a team
Aufgaben
- Conduct introductory and advanced courses
- Teach in at least two areas: International Business Development, Human Capital Management, Strategic & Digital Marketing, or Customer Centric Management
- Plan and implement interdisciplinary research and development projects
- Advise and supervise students to achieve their goals
- Grade student work
- Supervise seminars, projects, and theses
- Ensure high academic and didactic standards
- Establish industry collaborations and partnerships
- Participate in university administration and committee work
- Support the success of UE
- Contribute to the conceptual design of new study programmes
- Develop existing curricula
- Advise prospective students
- Contribute to UE’s outreach activities
