- Solid Salesforce experience (daily use)
- B2B SaaS background (enterprise sales cycles, deal complexity, pipeline quality)
- Comfort with intent data, enrichment tools, and outreach platforms
- Strong analytical skills (numbers, models, data interpretation)
- Collaborative nature and strong people skills
- Salesforce development skills (Apex, Flow, custom configuration)
- Familiarity with sustainability, CSRD, or ESG reporting (helpful)
- Experience building AI-assisted outbound or sales automation workflows
Aufgaben
- Build and own the entire GTM tech stack
- Integrate Salesforce, intent data, outreach, and enrichment tools
- Design and maintain system integrations and data pipelines
- Ensure revenue data is unified, trustworthy, and actionable
- Develop lead scoring and account tiering models
- Combine intent signals, engagement, and CRM data
- Surface the most likely enterprise accounts to buy
- Create dashboards and reports for pipeline performance
- Provide channel attribution and key metrics
- Arm AEs with actionable insights and automated workflows
- Deliver value-based messaging for enterprise customers
- Optimize AI-powered BDR workflows
- Implement scalable, personalized outbound strategies
- Target procurement, sustainability, and finance leaders
