- •3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- •Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels and networks, especially META, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain
- •Familiarity with analytics tools such as PowerBI, PIWIK, and GA4
- •Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- •Excellent time management and ability to articulate complex concepts to different audiences
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- •Prepare and present results, reports, and analyses to stakeholders
- •Continuously learn and share knowledge about users, markets, and technical systems
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
- •Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and mentor peers across countries
